Join herbalist Su Cousineau of Taproot Healing for a summer eve’s stroll through the Boston Food Forest. Su will present on the wild and cultivated herbs we find, sharing about traditional food uses, medicinal properties and some basics of harvesting and preparation. Participants will have a chance to share and ask questions as well as enjoy some tea prepared from some of the same herbs we encounter. Geared for adults but children accompanied by parents are welcomed. Dress for outside and check back here for any changes in case of bad weather.
While the Boston Nature Center will be closed, there will be outdoors restrooms available. Please bring your own water. We’ll meet at the front door. Late comers are welcomed to join. Look for sign at front door pointing the way.
Suggested donation $10, no one will be turned away for lack of funds
