Tame your tension with mindfulness practices for your body and ease turbulent emotions with herbal teas, gentle movements, and guided visualization. In this 3-hour workshop/mini-retreat, you will learn techniques to soften and release in places that are stuck using diverse approaches from two complementary therapists: Harry Hobbs, a certified Movement Therapist and Mary Hansen a certified Herbalist.
