Want to learn how to partner with beneficial fungi to produce gourmet and medicinal mushrooms in the landscape? This workshop is for you. In this workshop you will learn how to foster mycelial action in your landscape by inoculating soils, mulches, and logs. You will go home with the knowledge to read your landscape and to cultivate fantastic fungi like oysters, shitakes, wine caps, lion’s mane and others. Our instructor, Noah McKenna, is an experienced amateur mycologist, founding member of the Boston Food Forest Coalition, and worker-owner at Restoring Roots Cooperative, providing permaculture-based land design, stewardship, and education services in and around Boston.
