Use some Wintertime to get planning skills that will get you started with your very own food forest this Spring!
Are you excited about the possibilities of planting your own permaculture food forest but don’t know where to start? This course will help you plan your garden by offering you a tried and true selection of delicious and sometimes unusual varieties of plants that will fit into any size garden. Join Othneil Uter (Utah), owner of the oldest food forest in the Boston area. In 20 years of growing many scores of different plants in his food forest, Utah has learned which varieties and which plants fruit early, long and/or prolifically, which taste the best, and what garden circumstances are best for each plant. He will also provide advice on where to best buy your plants. Come, and be inspired!
Take this workshop together with Introduction to Winter Pruning, offered on the same day!
This course is part of our Applied Permaculture 2020 series. You can sign up for this workshop, or, get a discount by signing up for the entire series.
