@ Boston Nature Center Food Forest
Join BFFC and the stewardship team at the Boston Nature Center Food Forest for a two-part workshop series all about summer fruit tree pruning and care.
In this workshop, we’ll learn about proper pruning techniques for early summer cuts, practices for promoting overall tree health, and maximizing fruit yield through conscious maintenance.
The series includes a Level 101 course (Sat. 6/12) and a Level 102 course (Sat. 6/24). Registrants can attend one class, or register for both. Attendance to the Level 102 course is not contingent on attendance to the Level 101 course, although the class will draw on some basic principles covered in 101.
This workshop will be led by Ben Crouch, owner of Land of Plenty Gardening in Boston.
