This event has been rescheduled due to COVID-19. The in-the-field workshop will be held as soon as small gatherings can be safely managed and are allowed in Massachusetts.
Learn how to naturally support your fruit trees’ health for beauty, vigor, and… lots of fruits!
Trees and plants have many natural mechanisms to maintain their health and ward off pests and diseases. But sometimes, if a disease or a pest strikes, we can lend a helping hand. In this workshop you will learn how to support your trees’ health, how to recognize some common diseases and pests, and organic methods to deal with them. Join our instructor Ben Crouch, owner of Land of Plenty landscaping. Ben has years of experience working with trees and landscapes and has taught many pruning workshops. He also maintains the fruit trees of the Boston Nature Center.
This course is part of our Applied Permaculture 2020 series. You can sign up for this workshop, or, get a discount by signing up for the entire series.
