Exploring methods to extend your seasonally-grown herbs and vegetables in this workshop all about food preservation. We’ll make a batch of lacto-fermented veggies to take home. We’ll also discuss the processes of freezing, dehydrating, air drying, and more.
The workshop will be led by Taina Vargas of Sankofa Anacaona Botanicals. Taina is an herbalist, gardener, and educator.
