This workshop will cover all the basics of winterizing a food forest or perennial garden. We’ll cover mulching for healthy soil, protecting young fruit trees ahead of frost, and much more.

Stewards of the space will direct the workshop in order to best address their needs, questions, and concerns, but anyone is welcome to join and bring their own questions and unique knowledge around seasonal preparation.

This session will be led by Noah McKenna of Restoring Roots, a collaboratively-owned and ecologically-focused landscaping company.
